Cambridge Farms is a large subdivision on Long Hollow Pike near the Highway 386 By-Pass.
We bought our very first home here, and now my son just bought his first house here as well. He drives by the park where he learned how to ride a bike every single day on his way home from work.
Construction began in 1993 and continues to the present. It’s a family-friendly community with many amenities including a playground, walking trail, tennis court and underground utilities.
Cambridge Farms is near the newly constructed Station Camp Greenway for walking, hiking, bike riding, etc. It’s a beautiful area.
Home prices average in the mid $200,000’s with about 13 days on the market. You can expect to pay a small monthly HOA fee of approximately $15.
