Brentwood TN Real Estate!  What can You Say but ‘WOW’!  Brentwood (zip code 37027) is located just a quick drive south of Nashville on I-65.  Part of the city is in Davidson County…but mostly in Williamson County.  It’s an affluent area with home prices averaging in excess of $750,000.  This area attracts business executives and up and coming residents.  Many businesses are located in Maryland Farms, which is a large business park in Brentwood, which has a population of about 38,000 people.

Brentwood has one of the best school systems in the State of Tennessee.  You will also find many private schools in the area.  You would expect great parks, sports fields and biking trails…and you would not be disappointed.  Brentwood is proud of one of the finest libraries anywhere around.

Shopping?  Oh Yeah….probably more than you could ever do!  There is shopping all around and Cool Springs Galleria is located between Brentwood and Franklin.  One of my favorite places to shop! You’ll find just about everything here!
